How to recreate this dish:
Lightly warm the blinis to bring out their golden brown color. Next, dollop a small teaspoon-full of crème fraiche and spread it over the circumference of the blini, and add a slice of Lastly, top the blini with a generous serving of Kaviari Osciètre to your desire and enjoy!

How to recreate this dish:
Bake a samba potato until the skin is golden brown, remove from the oven and scoop out the inside from the crust. Transfer this to a bowl and add a little bit of French butter, salt, sour cream and chives, and incorporate the ingredients with the mash. Restuff the potato with the newly combined mixture and top with a generous heaping of Kaviari Beluga caviar and sprinkle with fresh chives on top.

How to recreate this dish:
Boil the spaghetti until cooked ‘al dente’. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a spoonful of crème fraiche. Once combined, plate the pasta and top it with grated lemon zest and a heaping spoon of Kaviari Kristal.
